New Lyrics:
The Deception With Smile
Their Christ Didn't Model Lifestyle
(2 Cor. 11:1-15)
They've Got Panache Faith, And Big Facades
(Rev. 3)
Grabbing Everything They Ever Want
(I Took The High Way)
In Their Own Image Is God (Gen. 1:26,27)
You're Either, Have Or Have Not
(1 Tim. 6:3-9)
When We Preach Christ's Cross And P'shat, They Show Their Claws
(Philippians 2:5-11)
High Tail It Home, Then Reload
"Why don't they"
Do What God Says, He Says What He Means
(Plain Sense Or Panache)
If Plain Sense Makes Sense, Don't Mince
They Really Don't Belong
(1 Jn. 2:18,19)
I Know I Marvelled Too Long
(Revelation 17)
If The Plain Sense Makes Sense, Don't Mince
The Impression God Leaves
It's Either Heaven Or Hades
And The Prolonged Faith That Transcends, Comes From Living In Plain Sense
When God Is Through, All Is New This World's Fading Out Of View
They've Seen Their Name On Men's Walls And With One Little Squall Hit A Rock, Skips A
Beat
Divorce Their Other, Then Repeat
'Why don't they'
Do What God Says, And Want What They Have
(Plain Sense Or Panache)
If Plain Sense Makes Sense, Don't Mince
They Really Don't Belong
"I Know I Marvelled Too Long"
(Revelation 17)
'If Plain Sense Makes Sense Seek No Other.'
'Yeah, yeah, yeah'
When They All Get Together It's All About Who's Better
(Galatians 5:20)
If You're Wet, They Are Always Much Wetter (Watered Down)
They're A Rapid Raging River
Pissing Contest
Their God's In Their Own Mirror Christ Told Us To Stand Clear.
(Sandals Of The Fisherman)
The Higher The Harder The Fall 'But when the wrong antidote' Is Like A
Cut On Your Throat
Then Run For Cover Stop The Bleed
'Why don't they'
Do What God Says, He Says What He Means
If Plain Sense Makes Sense, Don't Mince
They 'Told Me Something Wrong'
I Know I Marvelled Too Long (Rev. 17)
Only One Name Sinks All The Others.
Laminin
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Plain Sense Makes Sense, Don't Mince

Plain Sense Living And Interpretation
"If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching,
4 he is conceited and understands nothing. He has AN UNHEALTHY INTEREST IN CONTROVERSIES AND QUARRELS ABOUT WORDS that result
in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions 5 and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed
of the truth and WHO THINK THAT GODLINESS IS A MEANS TO FINANCIAL GAIN. 6 But GODLINESS WITH CONTENTMENT IS GREAT GAIN. 7
For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8 But if we have FOOD AND CLOTHING, WE WILL BE CONTENT
WITH THAT. 9 People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge
men into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, EAGER FOR MONEY, HAVE
WANDERED FROM THE FAITH and pierced themselves with many griefs. 11 But you, MAN OF GOD, FLEE FROM ALL THIS, and pursue righteousness,
godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness." (1 Timothy 6)
"It's A Gift To Be Simple, It's A Gift To Be Free. It's A Gift To Come Down Where We Ought To Be. And When We See Ourselves
In A Way That's Right, We Will Live In A Valley Of Love And Delight." (Old Shaker Hymn)
Would You Rather Have Panache Or Plain (Not Common) Sense?
Plain Sense Is Not Common, Few Have It.
Panache:
"A Plume Of Feathers....2. Dashing Elegance Of Manner, Carefree,
Spirited Self-Confidence Or Style; Flamboyance (New World College Dictionary)
Plain: "Free From Obstructions, Clear, Clearly Understood; Evident;
Obvious...5. Not Luxurious, Or Ornate, Unembellished..." (New World College Dictionary)
Regarding Scripture And Communication:
Plain Sense/P'shat:
"The p'shat is the plain, simple meaning of the text. The understanding of scripture in its natural,
normal sense using the customary meanings of the words being used, literary style, historical and cultural setting, and context.
The p'shat is the keystone of Scripture understanding. If we discard the p'shat we lose any real chance of an accurate understanding
and we are no longer objectively deriving meaning from the Scriptures (exegesis), but subjectively reading meaning into the
scriptures (eisogesis)."
Essentially It's Not Replacing The Plain Sense Of Scripture
With Nonsense Or Another Sense.
If The Plain Sense Makes Sense, Seek No Other Sense To Replace
It, Lest You End Up With Nonsense.
Plain Enough But Its Amazing How Many Folks Just Don't Get This
Or Don't Want To Get It.
Today I Like My Lifestyle To Be Just As Plain And Simple As
My Bible Reading.
"It's A Gift To Be Simple, It's A Gift To Be Free. It's A Gift
To Come Down Where We Ought To Be. And When We See Ourselves In A Way That's Right, We Will Live In A Valley Of Love And Delight."
(Old Shaker Hymn)
Believing What I Read, Wanting What I Have. This
Is P'shat And Plain Living.
I've Seen Families Where One Spouse Will Compare The Other, To
Spouses Or Compare Their Children With Families With Panache And Covet/Lust After What They Have.
'Well, They Had Prime Rib On Christmas, Why Don't We Do That Like
They Did It, They Imported Their Snow On Christmas, How Novel. They Go Out Dancing....It Can Get To The Point To
Where The Other Spouse Sees No Point In Trying To Emulate These Other So Called Super Couples Because He Will Never Equal
Them And Then What's Next, 'Coveting Their Neighbors Ass?'
In Fact Two Couples Who Went To A Local Buffet After Church (Also
The Church And Buffet I Ate At With Parents) Ended Up Doing Just That, Switching Spouses After Many Years
Of Meeting Together.
Is It Any Wonder That The Divorce Rate Is So High Even Among Those
That Claim To Be Christians?
If The Plain Sense Makes Sense Seek No Other Sense To Replace It
Lest You End Up With Nonsense.
The Way Of Panache Is Nonsense Because It Replaces The Plain Sense With Fluff.
"And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns,
and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. 19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast
much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. 20 But God said unto him, Thou
fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? 21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God." (Luke 12)
We Played A Part In Building Our Own House And
It Was My Favorite. We Put Sweat Equity Into It.
It Had A Large Yard And There Was Nothing Extravagant About It,
But It Was Ours, Really My Parents. Wish We Would Have Kept It, But For Some Reason (Still Don't Know) We Didn't. Maybe The
Pressure From Somewhere To Have Panache.
I Was Far From Being The Model Child (BC), Had Problems
Of My Own. I Shoplifted, Broke Into Peoples Homes etc. A Perfect Example Of A Far From Perfect Child Who Had Plenty But
Coveted More. Another Example Is Winona Ryder Here.
"A foolish son is his father's ruin, and a quarrelsome wife
is like a constant dripping. 14 Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the LORD." (Proverbs
19)
'come they not hence, even of your lusts that
war in your members?'(James 4)
The Grass Isn't Really Greener On The Other Side Of The Fence And What
Can Be Stolen One Place Can Be Stolen At Another. The House We Moved In To Next Had More Panache But Was Squeakier And
Had A Much Smaller Yard.
The House We Helped To Build With The Big Yard Was Simple
And Plain And Didn't Have Panache But We Loved It.
effort or desire to equal or excel others.
”Synonyms
1. imitation, competition.
The Unhappiest Couples And Requiring The Highest Maintenance Are The
Ones That Somehow Believe That They Not Only Need To Cling Tenaciously To What They Have But What Others Have And Are
Always Moving On Up And/Or Upgrading Or Pressuring Their Spouse Or Children To Do So. They Don't Feel Good About
Themselves Unless They Prove Themselves Equal Or Better Than The Rest. Coveting What Isn't And Shouldn't Be Theirs Is
Instilled In Children And It Is Perpetuated On Down The Line.
Those That Are Constantly Being Compared to Others By Their Significant
Other Can Feel Inadequate But Be Too Proud To Admit It. This Can Lead To All Kinds Of Problems. Instead They Ought To Love
Who Their Spouse Is (Naturally And Supernaturally), Without Excusing Unbelief. My Wife Believes In Who I Am (Natural
And Supernatural Gifts) And The Place I Have In The Body Of Christ And I Feel The Same Way About Her. Our Goal Is Not To Be
Like Or Surpass The Joneses But To Be Like Christ. My Particular Giftings Evidently Are Being An Irritant (Provoking) Of
The Brethren (Hebrews 10:24ff), Swaying The Fence Riders And Angering Those That Preach Another Jesus. (Matthew 23; Acts
17)
"Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these;
Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations,
wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness,
revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which
do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." (Galatians 5)
You See That 'Emulations', 'Envyings' And Even 'Heresies' Are All Works
Of The Flesh.
"From whence come wars and fightings among you? come
they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have,
and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask,
and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4 Ye
adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will
be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5 Do ye think that the scripture saith
in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?" (James 4)
The Corinthian Christians Were Very Well To Do Materialistically Speaking. They
Didn't Lack For Anything When It Had To Do With Things. However, This Materialism Appears To Have Put Blinders On Their
Eyes To The Simple And Plain Truths Of The Gospel, Leading To A Gullible Acceptance Of The Flashy Super Apostles
With Panache That Came Preaching Another Jesus, Another Spirit And Another Gospel.
"For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one
husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his
subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have
not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not
accepted, ye might well bear with him. (You Tolerate Him)
5 For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles.
6 But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made
manifest among you in all things." (2 Cor. 11)
Majoring On The Minors And Minoring On The Majors Are What They Do In All Matters.
Some People I Know Are A Case Study In This. I'm Not Speaking In A Vacuum, I've
Actually Experienced This.
Toward The End Of Life Dad Would Talk About 'Going With The Flow' Rather Than
Fighting It, And Unless That Flow Takes One Down A Drain And Provided Its Gods Flow I Agree. It Makes One A Happier Person
To See It This Way. Of Course Its Always Easier Said Than Done.
"Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city,
and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even
a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that."
(James 4)
